American Airlines to Frequent Fliers: Drop Dead 2
AA, in an apparent race-to-the-bottom with United and Delta, is now charging their FF program members to use their accumulated miles.
Once again, thank GOD I live in Houston, where I'm served by airlines that actually treat their customers like humans (Continental and Southwest).
You can still use the 500 mile coupons for free. If you fly enough, you should have a bunch of these laying around. you get 4 for every 10K miles flown....not to hard to do.
LOL. You mistake me for someone who would ever set foot on American. Or Delta. Or United.
